Previously, at 3:00 p.m. on September 28, the Criminal Police Department (Nghe An Police) received a report from the family of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung (born in 1971, permanent residence: Hamlet 13, Nghi Phu, Vinh City) about his son Nguyen Trung Hieu, born in 2007, a student of class 8E, Nghi Phu Secondary School, missing for unknown reasons since 4:00 p.m. on September 27, 2020.
