On the morning of August 25, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Phong commune issued a decision to administratively sanction DVS (born in 1983) residing in Dong Ho hamlet, Dien Phong commune, with a fine of 2 million VND for the act of "Failure to implement personal protection measures for people at risk of contracting epidemic diseases according to the provisions of law" as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the health sector.
