Young man snatched a bag from a passerby

On the afternoon of October 3, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Cuong - Deputy Head of Vinh City Police (Nghe An) said that Dinh Van Nhan (born 1992, residing in Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city) is being detained for robbery.

According to records, at 5:00 p.m. on September 30, Dinh Van Nhan was driving a motorbike on Phong Dinh Cang Street (Vinh City) when he discovered a middle-aged woman driving a bicycle in the same direction, with a handbag in front of her.
Having the intention of snatching, Nhan drove his motorbike and followed his "prey" to the intersection of Ngo Tri Hoa and Cao Xuan Duc streets, where he approached and snatched the victim's handbag.
After committing the crime, Nhan drove home and searched his bag and stole only 3 million VND.
Receiving the case, the City Police Criminal Investigation Team quickly investigated and collected a lot of evidence. The next day, determining that Nhan was the culprit, they issued a summons. Faced with undeniable evidence, Nhan admitted to the crime.
The case is being clarified.
