The Criminal Police Department of Bac Tu Liem District Police (Hanoi) has just arrested a robbery suspect less than 24 hours after committing the crime. Previously, on March 29, Ms. Tran Thi N. residing in Thuy Phuong Ward, Bac Tu Liem District went to Bac Tu Liem District Police to report being robbed while walking near her house.

Urgently conducting verification and synchronously using professional measures, the Criminal Police Team - Bac Tu Liem District Police quickly investigated and identified the subject of the robbery as Truong Van Luyen (born in 1995), residing in Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district, so they summoned him to the police station to investigate and clarify.
At the police station, Luyen initially evaded and refused to admit his actions. However, faced with undeniable evidence, Luyen bowed his head and admitted his guilt. Luyen stated that he was an employee of a karaoke business, transporting employees for the bar.

Recently, because the facility that hired Luyen temporarily closed due to the Covid-19 epidemic, Luyen changed his job to become a "technology motorbike taxi". The money he earned was not enough for Luyen, so he resorted to robbery.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency, Bac Tu Liem District Police have issued an order to temporarily detain Truong Van Luyen, to continue investigating and clarifying the case.
