In recent times, under the close direction of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the distribution and use of Nghe An newspaper in Dien Chau district has been relatively good. Basically, grassroots Party cells have fully ordered Party newspapers and used the newspapers effectively, including some units that have ordered enough and exceeded their targets. However, since the beginning of the third quarter of 2016, there are still some Party cells that have not seriously implemented Directive 11 of the Politburo on purchasing and using Party newspapers, mainly concentrated in the block of school Party cells.
