Health sector meets the press at the beginning of Spring

At the Spring meeting, leaders of the Department of Health informed reporters, editors, and representatives of central and local press agencies about the industry's outstanding results in 2016.
Accordingly, by the end of 2016, Nghe An had 12 provincial hospitals, 7 grade 2 district hospitals, and dual-function district health centers were being formed; the provincial and district preventive health system had basically met the health care needs of the people. The rate of communes with doctors reached 90%; the ratio of hospital beds per 10,000 people reached 26.6 beds.

In particular, in recent times, with the implementation of “Innovation in service style and attitude, towards patient satisfaction”, medical facilities in Nghe An have been assessed to have a higher satisfaction index than the national average. To date, the entire sector has had 4 doctors awarded the title of People's Physician; 184 Excellent Physicians, 190 people honored as Exemplary Medical Ethics.
During this meeting, representatives of the press agencies gave many comments to the health sector. The positive aspects as well as the limitations of the sector were fully raised by the press agencies. This frank and highly constructive exchange will help the Nghe An health sector continue to promote the positive aspects, overcome the limitations to do better in health care for the people in 2017.
This is the basis for the industry and press units to collaborate and share more, in order to continue to promote and promptly overcome in 2017, aiming at the goal of increasingly improving the cause of health care for the people./.
