(Baonghean.vn) - According to information from the North Central Hydrometeorological Station, on the morning of July 3, Nghe An continued to be affected by the low pressure circulation due to the weakening of storm No. 2. There were showers in Nghe An. In particular, Hoang Mai, Quynh Luu, and Dien Chau towns had an average rainfall of 30 - 50mm.

Also according to the North Central Hydrometeorological Station, on the morning of July 3, rain appeared in 21 districts, cities and towns.

Rainfall in the remaining districts such as Hung Nguyen Nam Dan, Do Luong, Yen Thanh has an average rainfall of 10 - 15mm; while the localities of Anh Son, Thanh Chuong, Tan Ky, Nghia Dan, Thai Hoa Town, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Quy Hop, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son have an average rainfall of 5 - 10mm.

It is forecasted that by 7pm tonight (July 3), rainfall across the province will increase. In localities such as Vinh City, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Hoang Mai Town, Nam Dan, Nghi Loc, the average rainfall may reach 50 - 60mm.

In particular, due to the weakening of the low pressure circulation caused by storm No. 2, some localities will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During the storm, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind; flash floods and landslides in the midlands and mountainous areas, and flooding in low-lying areas.
