About 5 minutes later, tanker truck with license plate 37C-093.70 traveling from the South to the North discovered Mr. Nguyen Huu Anh's car parked on the side of the road, so it turned left to avoid it. Suddenly, the car with license plate 86C-014.74 behind overtook and collided with tanker truck 37R-0482 traveling in the opposite direction of tanker truck with license plate 37C-093.70, getting stuck between the two vehicles. The accident caused the section of National Highway 1A avoiding Vinh to be congested for many hours.
