(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee assigned the target of 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees using online public services and propagating and instructing relatives to use online public services, limiting direct submission of documents when there is a need to carry out administrative procedures.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued an Action Plan to improve the quality of online public service provision in the province. The purpose of the Plan is to continue to specify the goals, targets and tasks in Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated January 6, 2023 of the Government, Decision No. 17/QD-UBQGCĐS dated April 4, 2023 of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU dated August 5, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee. Clearly identify the main tasks, specific and practical solutions associated with the organization plan according to the roadmap to achieve the highest results;

Create unity in awareness and action of cadres, civil servants, public employees and people in the area; promote the responsibility of heads of agencies, units and localities in directing and implementing tasks to complete the set goals.

The plan sets out the following main tasks and solutions:

1. Assign the target of 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees using online public services and propagate and guide relatives to use online public services, limit direct submission of documents when there is a need to carry out administrative procedures (TTHC).

- Units in charge of implementation: Provincial departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and People's Committees of communes;

- Coordinating units: Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Information and Communications;

- Implementation time: Regular.

2. Assign implementation targets for providing and using online public services, online payments and handling administrative procedures.

3. Assign tasks to the community digital technology team, in which members of the digital technology team guide and support each citizen to use online public services on their own to ensure that each household has at least 01 (one) person who knows how to use a VNelD account, log in and use online public services on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal.

- Unit in charge of implementation: District People's Committee, Commune People's Committee;

- Coordinating unit: Department of Information and Communications;

- Implementation time: Regular.

4. Ensure that 100% of received administrative procedure files are updated, managed and implemented on the province's administrative procedure settlement information system.

5. Assign tasks to the Press and Provincial Radio and Television Station to propagate and guide people to use online public services on mass media.

- Implementing unit: Nghe An Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station.

- Coordinating units: Department of Information and Communications, Provincial People's Committee Office.

- Implementation time: Regular.

During the implementation process, agencies and units shall proactively review and report to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Provincial People's Committee Office) any problems and difficulties (if any) and propose to update, adjust and supplement the Action Plan in accordance with the actual situation.
