Closely coordinates with local authorities using loudspeakers of wards and communes to propagate and advise people not to use wires or stakes to tie houses, structures, boats to electric poles and power stations, or to violate the distance from power lines, causing unsafety for people and livestock, causing power grid incidents; electric poles behind the meter should not be left with broken wires submerged in water during rains and floods...".
