Nghe An appoints chief of Vinh city police and some units

On the afternoon of May 16, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the rotation, transfer and appointment of Public Security leaders of units and localities in 2019.
At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau - Director of the Provincial Police Department, authorized by the Ministry of Public Security, presented decisions to 10 comrades. Among them, Lieutenant Colonel, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Duc Cuong, was transferred from the Chief of Nghia Dan District Police to the position of Chief of Vinh City Police.

In addition, 4 comrades were transferred and appointed by the Ministry of Public Security from the level of deputy head of department, deputy district to the level of head of department, district chief. There are 3 comrades who are head of department, district chief who were transferred. 1 new head of department was appointed and 1 comrade was transferred to the position of head of department, district chief.

5 comrades were transferred and mobilized including:
- 1. Colonel Cao Tien Mai - Chief of Nam Dan District Police to hold the position of Head of the Department of Building the Movement for the Whole People to Protect National Security
- 2. Colonel Luong The Loc - Chief of Thanh Chuong District Police to hold the position of Head of the Department of Administrative Management and Social Order Police
- 3. Lieutenant Colonel Vi Van Giang - Chief of Que Phong District Police to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Criminal Police Department
- 4. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Cuong - Chief of Nghia Dan District Police to hold the position of Chief of Vinh City Police
- 5. Lieutenant Colonel Phan Tuan Anh - Head of the Department of Building the People's Movement to Protect National Security to hold the position of Chief of Thanh Chuong District Police.
5 comrades were appointed and transferred, including:
1.Lieutenant Colonel Cao Thanh Hai, Deputy Head of the Investigation Security Department, was arrested.appointed as Chief of Que Phong District Police
- 2. Lieutenant Colonel Cao Van Tam, Deputy Head of Internal Security Department, was appointed as Head of Nam Dan District Police.
- 3. Lieutenant Colonel Bui Minh Hieu, Deputy Chief of Vinh City Police, appointed to the position of Head of Criminal Techniques Department
- 4. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thai, Deputy Head of the Economic Police Department, was appointed as Head of Nghia Dan District Police.
- 5. Lieutenant Colonel Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Economic Police Department, was appointed to the position of Head of the Economic Police Department.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau - Director of the Provincial Police congratulated the leaders who were transferred, mobilized and appointed during this period.
He emphasized: These are excellent leaders of Nghe An Police; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee has made a strict and reasonable process. Each comrade who comes to a new unit must put political tasks first, be truly exemplary in life and work for officers and soldiers to follow.
At the same time, individuals are requested to continue to promote their sense of responsibility, working capacity, leadership, and perform well their political tasks at their new working units; uphold the spirit of solidarity, exemplary behavior, collaboration, and responsibility in leadership, command, and daily life, and successfully complete assigned political tasks.
