According to the locals, this wharf has been in operation for a long time, with dozens of trucks coming in and out every day to buy sand and gravel. Each time a truck comes in to carry gravel out, water flows all over the residential road. |

Talking to Nghe An Newspaper, Mr. Dau Xuan Phu - Chairman of Cam Son Commune People's Committee said that there are 3 illegal sand and gravel wharves in the area, and since the beginning of the year, they have been fined up to more than 10 million VND but these wharves are still operating secretly. |

In Anh Son district, there are 12 sand mines and sand wharves along Lam river. However, up to now, only 3 sand mines have licenses for exploitation and inland waterway wharves, 3 sand mines have licenses but do not have inland waterway wharves licenses. The rest are sand mines operating illegally and secretly. |
