Accordingly, the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns directed to continue to review and immediately evacuate households in dangerous and unsafe areas, especially low-lying areas that are likely to be cut off and isolated due to deep flooding, areas at high risk of landslides and flash floods, to prevent deaths.

At the same time, support, visit, encourage and share with affected families in a timely manner, especially families with preferential policies and disadvantaged households; especially timely support with food, necessities and necessities for households at risk of hunger, determined not to let any people go hungry. Timely arrange temporary accommodation for households that have lost their houses due to floods; mobilize forces to support people in repairing and rebuilding houses, cleaning up the environment, and preventing disease outbreaks after floods.

Localities must strictly control traffic through culverts, spillways, deep flooded areas, fast-flowing water, landslide areas or areas at risk of landslides, and not allow people and vehicles to pass through if safety is not ensured; strictly prohibit people from fishing, collecting firewood, etc. on rivers and streams during floods or moving into flooded areas, downstream of dams; and have plans to ensure safety for students in flooded areas.
