(Baonghean.vn) - After nearly a month of closure to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, from the morning of July 13, private clinics in Vinh City and Dien Chau District will be allowed to reopen.
On July 12, Nghe An Department of Health issued a document on the implementation of Covid-19 prevention and control at general and specialized clinics.
Accordingly, the Department of Health allows non-public general and specialized clinics in Vinh City and Dien Chau District to resume operations, starting from 6:00 a.m. on July 13.

However, when implementing activities, the Department of Health requires clinics to strictly implement Decision 4099 of the Ministry of Health dated December 1, 2020 on promulgating the Criteria for Safe Clinics to Prevent and Control Covid-19 and Respiratory Diseases. People entering and leaving the facility must be instructed to make electronic health declarations, check-in, and check-out using QR codes according to the instructions in Decision No. 2666 of the Ministry of Health on promulgating instructions for using health declaration applications and detecting close contact to serve disease prevention and control.
In addition, the Department of Health also requires clinics to fully implement the contents related to epidemic prevention and control according to the direction in Official Dispatch 2353 of Nghe An Department of Health issued on June 17. At the same time, they must develop a process and organize the implementation of disinfection spraying and environmental sanitation at the facility to ensure compliance with regulations.
