Nghe An announces business support application on smartphones
(Baonghean.vn) - The construction, development and launch of the business support application shows that the Nghe An provincial government always accompanies, supports, connects and interacts with the business community, contributing to the socio-economic development in the whole province.
On the afternoon of October 12, within the framework of the program to meet and honor typical businesses and entrepreneurs in 2022 on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day (October 13), in front of the business community, Nghe An province organized the Ceremony to announce the application to support businesses.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of departments, branches, localities; and the business community in the whole province.

Nghe An province's business support application is developed on iOS and Android platforms, so it is very convenient to download and install on smartphones using the two popular operating systems above.
This is an online connection and interaction platform between businesses and the government, allowing businesses to propose and request government agencies directly and quickly; creating connection channels with investors in various fields.

The application is built with 8 main functions.
The “Business Information” function helps update information and events for businesses quickly and promptly.
The "Support Policy" function will support provincial investment promotion agency officers to post articles and related news to the system and push them to the information portal to convey to businesses.
The “Schedule a consultation” function allows businesses to schedule online consultation support requests.
The “Exchange and Answer” function is a forum and information channel that allows businesses to directly request support. The provincial investment promotion agency will receive information and coordinate with experts to handle difficulties and problems for businesses in the area.

The “Business Training” function provides and shares with businesses knowledge of business administration, marketing, economics, trends, and new technologies through documents, lectures, and online courses.
The “Business Forum” function helps promote products, connect supply and demand; is a portal connecting businesses, investors, and governments to promote investment calls, find partners; and at the same time promote business products through online forms such as: Business booths, online product displays, online markets.
In addition, the application to support businesses in Nghe An province also has the following functions: searching for partners, introducing instructions...

At the announcement ceremony, in front of a large number of businesses and domestic and foreign investors investing in Nghe An province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Thai Thanh Quy, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung, along with provincial leaders, the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, and the Nghe An Provincial Business Association performed the announcement ceremony of the Nghe An Provincial Business Support Application.
