(Baonghean.vn) - According to the synthesis of the Ministry of Education and Training, Nghe An ranked 3rd in the number of national excellent students in 2017. However, in terms of percentage, Nghe An is leading.

Accordingly, with 88/101 students participating in the 2017 National Excellent Student Competition winning prizes, the winning rate of Nghe An students is 87%, ranking first in the country. Following Nghe An is Hai Phong with 85%, Hanoi with more than 83%.
