His thoughts, morality and style are an endless source of inspiration for artists and people of all walks of life, contributing to creating an invaluable spiritual motivation, encouraging and motivating the entire Party, people and army to continue the revolutionary path that Uncle Ho and the Party have chosen; it is the belief and the light that guides the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another.

Since 2007, every two years, the Award Ceremony has been held to honor and commend writers, artists, journalists, and people from all walks of life at home and abroad, with love and infinite gratitude for Uncle Ho's immense contributions. With sincere emotions from the hearts and souls of artists, there have been many creative works and promotional activities on the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.

According to the Organizing Committee, over the past two years, there have been nearly 6,000 works and promotional records of authors, groups of authors, collectives, individuals at home and abroad, and of foreign authors submitted to participate in the award.

At the award ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 11 A prizes, 42 B prizes, 74 C prizes and 99 consolation prizes to authors and groups of authors. In which, the group of authors Ngo Mai Hau - Trinh Xuan Thong of Nghe An Journalists Association won B prize in the category of Journalism stories.

Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Vo Van Thuong emphasized: The award for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" has entered its 13th year and is increasingly attractive and appealing.

From the practice of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, through the discovery and introduction of press, cultural and artistic propaganda agencies, many examples of good people, good deeds, "simple but noble" and "small deeds with great meaning" have appeared and spread, concretely and vividly demonstrating the study and following of his shining example; making an important contribution to promoting the work of building and protecting the Fatherland, building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development.

This year, solemnly commemorating the 130th birthday of the great President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2020), Head of the Central Propaganda Department Vo Van Thuong launched the Award for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" for the period 2020-2025.
