On the afternoon of February 27, at the Vinh National Defense and Security Education Center (located in Nghi Phong commune, Nghi Loc district), Nghe An province organized a drill on receiving and quarantining citizens returning from epidemic areas. Watching the drill was comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. During the drill, the hypothetical scenario was that 20 Nghe An citizens returned from the epidemic area by sea, through Vung Ang port (Ha Tinh). Vehicles from the Military Command and Provincial Police will go directly to the port to pick them up. An ambulance will also accompany the convoy carrying the citizens. All citizens and drivers on the vehicle will wear masks to prevent the epidemic. |
