In order to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, from today (April 1), the Railway industry continues to temporarily suspend the Thong Nhat SE5/SE6 passenger train, only operating the Thong Nhat SE3/SE4 passenger train. The SE3/SE4 train runs from Hanoi to Saigon and vice versa. The SE3 Hanoi - Saigon train departs from Hanoi station at 7:25 p.m. and arrives at Saigon station at 4:38 a.m.
Train SE4 Saigon - Hanoi has adjusted its departure time and route. Specifically, the train departs Saigon station at 20:30, arrives in Vinh at 23:49 and arrives in Hanoi at 5:53.

For passenger transport activities on fixed routes from Nghe An to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and vice versa: Each route only transports passengers with a maximum of 1 trip/day with the number of passengers on the vehicle not exceeding 50% of seats and not exceeding 20 people.
Departure time at Nghe An bus station to Hanoi must correspond to the journey time at departure time at Hanoi bus station (departure from Hanoi at around 2:00 p.m. every day)...
For passenger transport by bus: Temporarily suspend all passenger transport by bus in the province (including intra-provincial and inter-provincial routes) according to the direction of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
In addition, the Ha Tinh Department of Transport is requested to direct bus passenger transport businesses to Nghe An to temporarily suspend operations from March 30, 2020 until further notice from the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
