Nghe An: Opening of training course for 60 planning officials of the Provincial Party Committee

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province emphasized that this is the first time the Provincial Party Committee has organized a training course for cadres who are in the planning for members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and participating in this class are 60 cadres who are in the planning for members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.

The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed: After the 7th Conference of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure), Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has thoroughly grasped that cadre work is extremely important, the "key" of the "key" in the current Party building work. Therefore, preparing training courses and fostering the province's source cadres as well as "designing" a training program, fostering, supplementing and updating knowledge and skills for the provincial cadres is extremely important.

The Provincial Party Secretary also said that organizing this class is first and foremost for the benefit of the Party in order to train and coach a better cadre team, to serve the tasks of the Party, the political system and the people. On the other hand, participating in the class is also for the benefit of each cadre in updating knowledge, supplementing necessary skills to mature and better fulfill their tasks.

Therefore, it is recommended that cadres participating in the training course should be exemplary, strictly follow discipline, be serious in absorbing lectures, and at the same time invest time and effort outside of work hours to research, on the basis of the theory they have acquired and their practical work to exchange, discuss, and raise many issues to enrich theory and from theory to effectively apply in practical work.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh also noted that in addition to studying theory, the class will spend time on field trips, so it is necessary to focus on selecting specific areas, remote areas, areas with difficulties in socio-economics, national defense and security, etc., to share difficulties and practical leadership and direction experiences to help localities and grassroots areas in performing tasks; at the same time, through practice, consolidate and supplement theory and general knowledge to effectively solve practical problems arising in the process of general leadership and direction of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that the Class Organizing Committee be serious in organizing the class and evaluating the learning results, coordinate well with the lecturers, and ensure the conditions to complete the class's tasks.

The training course for cadres planning for members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms is from August 13 to September 1, 2018.

During this time, cadres will be taught 10 topics related to the current Party's thoughts and theories; applying and creatively developing Ho Chi Minh's Thought in the work of national and Nghe An innovation; opportunities and challenges before the 4th industrial revolution.
