Nghe An is determined to clear and handle violations to keep roads clear and sidewalks airy.
(Baonghean.vn) - Thanks to the good organization of clearance campaigns and increased inspection of key routes, Nghe An has ensured "clear roads and airy sidewalks" during the recent Lunar New Year.
The most obvious change is in Vinh City during the peak days from 28 to 30 Tet, Phan Dinh Phung, Le Nin, Le Hong Phong, Nguyen Sy Sach, Nguyen Phong Sac, Tran Phu streets... ensure clear roads, airy and clean sidewalks. This is a difference from previous years because right from the beginning of Tet, Vinh City has increased inspection, handling, and resolutely eliminated spontaneous flower and peach blossom selling points.

The functional sectors and districts have organized more than 400 traffic safety inspections and penalties. During the 7 days of Tet, from December 28 to the 5th of Tet, there were only 4 traffic accidents, killing 1 person and injuring 4 others, a decrease of 3 deaths and 1 injury compared to last year's Tet; there were no traffic jams in the area. This is a very clear change, on key traffic routes, especially Vinh City, the roads and sidewalks have been ensured. The reason for such a positive change is that the province has determined that clearing traffic safety corridors is a regular task all year round. During peak periods such as Tet, the Provincial Standing Office and districts set up teams to inspect, urge and remind. On that basis, localities have proactively launched drastic handling right from the start; Arrange and organize flower and ornamental plant selling areas for people to visit and shop, do not stop or park randomly so traffic is guaranteed and orderly.
