Nghe An signs tourism cooperation agreement with Da Nang and Thanh Hoa
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 10, in Da Nang, within the framework of the VITM International Tourism Fair, Nghe An Department of Tourism coordinated with Da Nang Department of Tourism and Thanh Hoa Province Tourism Association to organize a conference to introduce and promote Nghe An tourism and connect destinations with the theme "Nghe An - Returning to the region of Vi and Giam".

The conference is held to promote and introduce images, culture, destinations,product, tourism services connecting localities: Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang and the central coastal provinces... to help attract more tourists. This is also an opportunity for businesses and localities to exchange, meet, discuss, seek partners, create many new attractive products and services with inter-regional characteristics to offer in 2023.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Tourism, Mr. Nguyen Manh Loi said that with convenient traffic location, Nghe An and Thanh Hoa have many rich cultural and tourism products, favorable for development. Nghe An is a land of "spiritual land, talented people", the homeland ofPresident Ho Chi Minh, is also the birthplace of many famous heroes, patriotic scholars, a region with a long revolutionary tradition, heroic history, and a culture rich in identity.
In particular, Nghe Tinh folk songs have been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Both Nghe An and Thanh Hoa provinces have many advantages in natural landscapes and rich cultural identity. The tourism products of the two provinces are diverse, especially sightseeing tours to learn about history, culture - spirituality, heritage, sea and island resorts,MICE tourism, golf, eco-adventure, community, farming... In which, the program "3 localities, 1 destination, many experiences" and "Central Heritage Road" stand out.
In order for this tour to develop and spread more widely, it requires the joint efforts of localities and tourism businesses. It is hoped that after the conference, businesses, localities, Da Nang city and the central coastal provinces will connect and cooperate to develop tourism products, thereby attracting more tourists to the localities.

In 2023, it is expected that many cultural and tourism activities will be held in the two localities, typically: Nghe An will organize the Opening Ceremony of Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2023, the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023) and Sen Village Festival, the 1310th anniversary of the Hoan Chau Uprising; the 1300th anniversary of the death of Emperor Mai Thuc Loan (King Mai Hac De) and the King Mai Temple Festival 2023, the 60th anniversary of Vinh city, the 235th anniversary of Phuong Hoang Trung Do - Vinh...
