Nghe An: The last victim of the house fire in Hoang Mai town has died.

(Baonghean.vn)- On May 4, news from Quynh Xuan ward (Hoang Mai town) said that Mr. Le Tien Dong, born in 1997, the victim of the house fire that occurred in block 11 on the morning of May 2, was taken to the Central Burn Hospital for emergency treatment and died. So far, all 4 victims of the fire have died.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at 2:20 am on May 2, at block 11, Quynh Xuan ward, Hoang Mai town, a house fire broke out, causing two victims, Le Tien Ngu (40 years old) and Nguyen Thi Cot (37 years old), the homeowner, to die on the spot. The two twin sons, Le Tien Dieu and Le Tien Dong, were severely burned and were transferred to the Central Burn Hospital for treatment, but due to the severity of the burns, Mr. Dieu died shortly thereafter.

Relatives of the victims clean up the fire scene

As for Mr. Dong, despite the doctors' dedicated treatment, after 2 days in a deep coma, the victim died at around 8:00 a.m. on May 4. Mr. Dong's coffin was brought back to his hometown for burial at 3:00 p.m. the same day, next to the resting place of his parents and twin brother Le Tien Dieu.

Many people came to offer condolences to the victim's family.

The investigation agency has not yet announced the final conclusion on the cause of the fire, but according to the results of the autopsy and the scene investigation, the victims were not affected by external forces, the fire started in the house with the door locked tightly and the scene reeked of gasoline.
