Nghe An allocates detailed public investment capital in 2023 to reach 80.22%

Trong 9.033,5 tỷ đồng kế hoạch vốn đầu tư công được giao của Nghệ An, nguồn ngân sách Trung ương là 3.960,799 tỷ đồng và nguồn ngân sách địa phương 5.072,701 tỷ đồng. Tính đến ngày 20/2, tỉnh đã phân bổ chi tiết được 80,22% kế hoạch vốn được giao.

Sau khi HĐND tỉnh ban hành Nghị quyết phân bổ 100% kế hoạch vốn được Thủ tướng Chính phủ giao, từ tháng 1/2023, UBND tỉnh Nghệ An đã thành lập các Tổ công tác đôn đốc và giao nhiệm vụ cụ thể cho các sở, ngành, địa phương triển khai, đảm bảo kế hoạch thi công dự án và tiến độ giải ngân vốn.

As of February 20, the province has allocated VND 4,479.131 billion in detail, reaching 80.22% of the 2023 plan; VND 1,104 billion has not been allocated, including the central budget source for 3 projects in the health sector, namely:Socio-economic recovery and development programwith capital of 478 billion VND and resourcesNational target programin 289 projects, with a total capital of 626,669 billion VND.

Based on the assigned planned capital, departments, branches and localities have directed implementation. The whole province has disbursed 537,886 billion VND, reaching 5.95%. Of which, the central budget source is 103,332 billion VND, reaching 2.61%; the local budget source is 434,554 billion VND, reaching 8.57%.

Regarding the source in 2022, on the basis of the total assigned capital of 11,055.521 billion VND, the province has made efforts to direct and as of January 31, 2023, disbursed 8,636.5 billion VND, reaching 78.47% of the total plan.

Specifically, the central budget disbursed 4,204,153 billion VND, reaching 71.42%; the local budget disbursed 4,432,347 billion VND, reaching 86.59%.

The representative of the Department of Planning and Investment added: Because Nghe An still has some capital sources and projects in 2022 that have not been fully disbursed according to the plan, the Provincial People's Committee has sent a document proposing to the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Prime Minister to allow an extension for 32 projects, with a capital of 599.44 billion VND; at the same time, for local budget sources, the Department of Planning and Investment is reviewing and advising the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council to allow an extension of time and disbursement for local budget source projects until December 31, 2023./.
