Nghe An: Passenger bus discovered transporting foreign-made weapons
(Baonghean.vn) - A passenger bus transporting foreign-made weapons and lead bullets traveling North-South on National Highway 1A was inspected and discovered by authorities when passing through Dien Chau district.
On the morning of June 10, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station said: At 5:30 a.m. the same day, while patrolling and controlling traffic at km 408 of National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, the working group discovered a passenger bus with license plate 29B 128.88 with many suspicious signs and immediately signaled to stop the vehicle.

Upon inspection, a large foam box was discovered in the passenger cabin containing an air gun and 20 kg of unused foreign-made lead bullets.
Driver Tran Hai Nam (born in 1975, residing in block 3, Van Giang ward, Ninh Binh city, Ninh Binh province) could not present invoices, documents proving the origin and license to use the gun, so the working group made a record to temporarily detain the evidence.

Currently, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station has handed over the air gun and 20 kg of lead bullets to the authorities for further investigation./.
