The working group has drawn up a record of administrative violations and prepared a file to propose the Chairman of the District People's Committee to issue a decision to fine Mr. PQP (born in 1981, Trang Than village) for the act of "Not temporarily suspending business and service activities in public places according to the requirements of Covid-19 epidemic prevention" in violation of the provisions of Point c, Clause 3, Article 12, Decree 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the health sector, the amount of VND 15,000,000.
Specifically, Clause 3, Article 12 stipulates:
“3. A fine of between VND 10,000,000 and VND 20,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
a) Failure to implement the decision to temporarily suspend the operation of public food service establishments that pose a risk of spreading epidemics in epidemic areas;
b) Failure to implement the decision to apply measures prohibiting the trading and use of foods that are vectors of disease transmission;
c) Failure to implement the decision to apply measures to restrict mass gatherings or temporarily suspend business and service activities in public places.
