(Baonghean.vn) - The leader of the Department of Home Affairs said that in the coming time, they will install equipment to assess the satisfaction level of people and businesses coming to transact at one-stop departments.

During the audit year from January 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017, in general, the administrative reform work received attention from the Party Committee and leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade, who directed and implemented synchronously in all contents.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Le Dinh Ly acknowledged the contents that the Department of Industry and Trade has seriously implemented in the past time, and at the same time hoped that the unit would continue to pay attention to regularly, continuously and comprehensively implementing the tasks of simplifying administrative procedures, implementing the one-stop and one-stop mechanism, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management and promoting the development of the industry and trade sector.

"People and businesses communicate with departments and offices through the one-stop department. We need to welcome and serve them attentively so that whether they get the job done or not, they will feel satisfied when they leave. In the near future, we may install equipment to assess the level of satisfaction of people and businesses with the quality of public administrative services at this department," said the Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

According to Mr. Le Dinh Ly, the Department of Industry and Trade needs to strengthen vocational skills training, improve foreign language and IT proficiency for staff and civil servants, and apply them to work to increase efficiency and quality.

Previously, on May 17 and 18, the working group inspected the actual leadership in performing administrative reform tasks, the actual implementation of the one-stop mechanism, the interconnection mechanism, the results of handling records, administrative procedures, etc. at affiliated units, relevant departments and offices of the Department of Industry and Trade.
