Nghe An will honor 36 outstanding young teachers in 2024
The teachers honored are those with outstanding achievements in teaching and scientific research, and are honored by their colleagues and the school community.
Nghe An Provincial Youth Union has just issued a Decision to reward individuals who have achieved"Outstanding Young Teacher" AwardNghe An province in 2024.
Accordingly, 36 teachers were honored this time, including 29 teachers working at kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and high schools across the province.
In addition, there are 7 young lecturers working at universities and colleges in Nghe An province.
The young teachers and lecturers who were honored are those who have many outstanding achievements in teaching and scientific research, actively participate and contribute to the activities of the Youth Union, Association, and Young Pioneers, and are recognized by the Youth Union, Association, and Young Pioneers at all levels.
In addition, these teachers must be excellent teachers at the district or provincial level or higher, have reports on innovative experiences or results of applied pedagogical scientific research from the school level or higher; have results of applied pedagogical scientific research with comments, assessments and classifications from the school or the Department of Education and Training; directly teach and train students participating in provincial excellent student competitions, winning prizes from Encouragement or higher (depending on each level of education).
As for teachers and lecturers at colleges, intermediate schools and vocational schools, they must directly guide students in scientific research at school level or higher.
In addition, it is necessary to meet one of the following criteria: presiding over the implementation of a school-level scientific research project that has been assessed as meeting the requirements or higher by the scientific council; being the main author of a scientific report published at a school-level scientific conference or presiding over the design and arrangement of a specialized classroom or having an initiative and experience suitable for the program of the industry or profession assigned to teach, which has been assessed as meeting the requirements; directly guiding students to participate in the vocational student competition, participating in the vocational skills competition and achieving at least third prize at the grassroots level (school level) or higher or participate in teaching competitions and win third prize at the grassroots level (school level) or more.

For university lecturers, directly instructing scientific research topics at the school level, graduation theses of students; theses, dissertations of trainees; having specific initiatives and experiences in improving teaching methods or participating in research and technology transfer recognized by competent authorities. In addition, it is necessary to meet one of the following criteria: having at least 1 scientific article published in a prestigious or international scientific journal; participating in compiling textbooks, books, learning materials; chairing or participating in 1 scientific research project at the school level or higher that has been accepted by the scientific council; participating in compiling textbooks, books, learning materials.
The ceremony to honor outstanding young teachers of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union is scheduled to be held on November 15, 2024 in Vinh city on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20.
Thereby, to promote and develop outstanding individuals in each locality and unit, contributing to improving the quality of teachers, lecturers and teaching and scientific research work in the whole province.
