From there, the projects practically contribute to the roadmap for expanding the scale of training and improving the quality of human resource training for the health sector; upgrading the clinic into a hospital of Vinh University of Medicine and Pharmacy; contributing to solving the problem of overload in hospitals and moving towards implementing the roadmap for autonomy in universities according to the Government's policy.
