OPERATION 2/9 SUBSYSTEM

The IOC Center is built based on many applications of advanced and modern technologies of the 4.0 industrial revolution, designed with high load capacity, can expand in scale as well as add and adjust features in a soft and flexible way, ensuring safety and information security.

Through the IOC Center, provincial leaders can monitor and inspect activities in each field, each unit, and locality from overview to detail; carry out management and direct direction to departments, branches, and localities; thereby contributing to improving the province's management and direction, improving the quality of service to the people, and improving the efficiency of state agencies.

After 9 months of implementation, the Provincial Smart Operations Center has only been able to operate 2 out of 9 subsystems in the system: Electronic Document Management System and Public Administration System.

The remaining 7 subsystems including: Socio-economic; Healthcare management system; Education management system; Online interactive reflection management monitoring system; Tourism system; Information security monitoring system; Security, order and traffic safety monitoring still lack management software or incomplete data updates.

EARLY COMPLETION OF OPERATIONS

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa emphasized the urgent need to put the province's Smart Operation Center into operation. According to the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, when the Provincial IOC Center comes into operation, it will accurately reflect the situation of departments, branches, and localities. Therefore, from the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee this October, the Provincial People's Committee will transmit online data connection from the IOC operation center to the online meeting room of the Provincial People's Committee.
