Nghe An: Serious accident on bridge at night kills 5 people
(Baonghean.vn) - A traffic accident occurred on the suspension bridge of Chua market connecting Thanh Lien and Phong Thinh communes, Thanh Chuong district. The result was 5 deaths, including 1 person on the bridge, and 4 bodies found in the river.

At around 8:30 p.m. on October 4, people living along the banks of the Giang River, passing through Thanh Lien Commune (Thanh Chuong), heard a loud noise from the Chua Market suspension bridge. This is the bridge over the Giang River, connecting Thanh Lien and Phong Thinh Communes.

According to a witness at the scene, after the loud crash, people nearby ran to the bridge to see and discovered a 7-seat car had fallen down.John River,There is still a motorbike and one seriously injured person on the bridge.
Authorities and people have organized a search,rescue, rescue. The victim on the bridge was taken to the emergency room and later died.

At 10:20 p.m. the same day, rescuers recovered the fourth body from the river. This was a victim of a motorbike that fell into the river after colliding with a car.

After the autopsy, the victims' bodies were embalmed and handed over to their families for burial.
The cause of the incident is being investigated by the authorities.
