According to experts, even though customers go to markets and supermarkets to buy goods, they can still change their decisions at the last minute if social networks advertise and market, they will switch to online shopping well. Photo: Nguyen Hai

Within 1 session, experts from 2 locations Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City thoroughly explained the content and practical significance of doing business on e-commerce platforms and digital marketing, how to use social networking tools such as Google, Titox, Zalo, Facebook...

The challenge for traditional businesses is that even when directly “seeing and touching” products at stores and supermarkets, customers can still change their purchasing decisions by comparing the same product code with cheaper sellers to choose from; network operators know how to use multi-level “sniping” algorithms, as soon as customers enter the shopping cart of the platforms, information introducing and advertising products continuously appear or appear to attract customers with discounts... Thanks to making good use of e-commerce platforms, Bac Giang has sold almost all of its lychee output in the last crop despite being surrounded by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Step 2: Build your business and store in the digital environment with software,digital ecosystemand relevant search keywords;

Step 3: Design the interior for the online store business, including eye-catching booths to attract customers' attention;
