In recent times, administrative procedure reform (AP), innovation and improvement of the quality of public administrative service provision have been of interest to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee as well as all levels and sectors in the province and have achieved remarkable results, creating favorable conditions for individuals and organizations in the process of learning and implementing AP.
However, the activities of controlling administrative procedures and providing and using public services still have some shortcomings and limitations such as: The activities of reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures are still formal, leading to administrative regulations that hinder production, business activities and people's lives not being detected to propose, recommend amendments, supplements or abolition in a timely manner.
The quality of handling administrative procedures under the one-stop and one-stop mechanism at some agencies and units is not high: There are still overdue documents; the implementation of the regulation on apologizing to people when handling administrative procedures late is not strict; collecting additional documents outside of the regulations; the collection of fees and charges does not really ensure accuracy and transparency.![]() |

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa emphasized: Administrative procedure reform is an urgent, difficult, long-term and regular task. Organizing well the control of administrative procedures and the provision and use of public services is a positive contribution to administrative reform, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management by law, and enhancing people's trust in authorities at all levels.
It is really necessary to correctly identify principles and regulations to promptly overcome existing problems and limitations in the control of administrative procedures and the provision and use of public services. One of the important solutions is to continue to propagate and disseminate legal regulations on the control of administrative procedures and the provision and use of public services to cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people of all walks of life in the province.
