*Every year, during the rainy and stormy season, many species of wild birds migrate to Nghe An to take shelter and find food. This is also the time when people often organizeillegal bird hunting. Since September 9, authorities in Dien Chau have been cracking down on bird hunting and trapping, with the aim of preserving wild birds migrating to Vietnam. Recently, authorities have seized more than 20 kg of nets (equivalent to over 1,500 m of nets), 2 sets of speakers that emit fake bird sounds; released 50 birds caught in the nets, and destroyed shelters...

*The Ministry of Finance has received a petition from voters of Nghe An province.Regarding the collection of appraisal fees for planning projects, which are being temporarily implemented according to Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BXD dated December 31, 2012 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the determination and management of construction and urban planning costs. However, there are no specific instructions on how to manage and use these fees. Regarding the management and use of appraisal fees for planning projects, the Ministry of Finance has issued a specific written response.
