Nghe An: Highlights on July 12

* Morning of July 12,Border Guard Command Party CommitteeNghe An province held its first Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress was attended by 120 official delegates, representing over 1,300 party members of the entire party committee.

During the 2020-2025 term, with high political determination, the Party Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard (now the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command) has united, overcome all difficulties, grasped the situation, focused on leadership and direction to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress. Thereby, contributing significantly to the cause of economic, cultural, social development, ensuring national defense and security of the province.

* The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requestedcomplete the commune party congressterm 2025 - 2030 before August 31, 2025. This is one of the important contents in Conclusion No. 578-KL/TU, dated July 10, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing a number of tasks after the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units.

* After 1 week of operating public administrative service centers in 130 communes and wards in Nghe An province, many communes and wards havepurchase of automatic public service kiosk, invest in facilities, equipment and staff to better serve people's administrative procedure needs.

* Recently, at the 31st Session, the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, 2021 - 2026, passed a Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision of the Provincial People's Council on the implementation of planning and arrangement of school and class networks at educational institutions in Nghe An province.

Nghe An Provincial People's Council requests timely recruitmentcorrect and sufficient according to the assigned number of staff. Accordingly, the province currently has more than 1,590 teacher positions assigned by competent authorities. This will be an important additional source to partly compensate for the current shortage of human resources in the education sector of more than 4,000 personnel.

* As of July 11, 2025, Nghe An province had 89/130 communes and wards completingProgram to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, reaching 68.46% of commune-level units in the whole province.

* This morning (July 12), Hung Nguyen Nam Commune Police immediately took action to verify, invited the victim and summoned the subject.blocking cars on Yen Xuan bridge "begging", to clarify the matter.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television, on the evening of July 11, Mr. QC and his wife, on the way from their hometown to Vinh, were traveling on Yen Xuan bridge when a man riding a motorbike behind them continuously honked and flashed his lights to signal them to stop. Because they were on the bridge and were not driving in the wrong lane or at the wrong speed, Mr. QC did not stop but continued to move to the other side of the bridge (towards Ta Lam embankment).
