The above results were carried out by the Provincial Appraisal Council based on the scores achieved by each agency and unit in implementing administrative reform work and the assessment results through sociological surveys. This is the second year Nghe An province has announced this index.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long hoped that UNESCO would consider Nghe An as a destination, support heritage conservation, develop science and education, and strongly promote tourism development.
