Mr. Nguyen Manh Truong, residing in Block 1, Hoa Thanh Town, Yen Thanh District, petitioned the competent authority to consider and grant a Land Use Rights Certificate for an area of ​​165.52 m²Yen Thanh Construction and Materials Production Joint Stock Company liquidated assets attached to land since 2003 to Mr. Nguyen Dang That (father of Mr. Nguyen Manh Truong).

After listening to citizens' presentations and opinions from relevant departments, branches and localities, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh concluded:

• The citizen's petition has been considered and responded to by the People's Committee of Yen Thanh district and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment), but the citizen has not agreed and continues to petition.
• To resolve the case objectively and in accordance with the law, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Yen Thanh district (inviting representatives of the Provincial Police to participate) to verify and conclude the origin and land use process of Mr. Nguyen Manh Truong's family; appraise the 2003 Fixed Asset Liquidation Minutes (signed by Mr. Le Dinh Tuong as Director of Yen Thanh Construction and Materials Production Joint Stock Company). On that basis, advise the Provincial People's Committee to handle the case in accordance with the law. Implementation time is before June 10, 2025.
• Request Mr. Nguyen Manh Truong to cooperate in providing relevant documents to the Department of Agriculture and Environment as a basis for considering and resolving his family's petition.
