* Morning of November 19,Nghe An Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac ThanThe provincial delegation visited and congratulated the Department of Education and Training on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025).
* The same morning,Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and congratulated Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical College and Nghe An Ethnic Boarding High School No. 2 on Vietnamese Teachers' Day.
* Also on the morning of November 19, on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025),Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province Vo Trong Haivisited and congratulated Vinh Medical University and Dang Thai Mai Secondary School. Also attending were leaders of several departments, branches and localities.
* On the morning of November 19, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to deploySpring crop production project2026. At the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De directed: "The agricultural sector and localities must resolutely direct and advise farmers to strictly follow the crop calendar to avoid production losses right from the beginning of the season."
* On the morning of November 19, Nghe An Provincial Tax Department and the system of 4 BIDV branches in the area officiallysign the agreementcomprehensive cooperation. This is considered a strategic preparation step to support the business household community before the important milestone of eliminating lump-sum tax and transforming the tax management model from January 1, 2026.
