According to the report of 14 central agencies piloting the Project, 12 agencies have organized examinations for 29 positions of leaders and managers at the department and division levels, with 42 successful candidates, 32 at the department level, and 10 at the division level. For the 22 provinces and cities piloting the Project, 17 localities have organized examinations for 86 positions of leaders and managers at the department and division levels, with 368 successful candidates, 33 at the department level, and 335 at the division level.

*MA rather unusual "delivery" happened on the SE4 train journey from Binh Duong to Nghe An. Ms. Lang Thi Mau (born in 1992), residing in Ke Gia village, Thach Ngan commune, Con Cuong district, returned to her hometown in Nghe An when she was in the last month of pregnancy. On the afternoon of April 26, when the train was about 30 km from Hue station, Ms. Mau showed signs of labor and abdominal pain. At that time, the train cabin was filled with only staff and male passengers. Fortunately, a male passenger in the same compartment had a friend who was an obstetrician, so he made a video call to help with the delivery.
