*On the morning of May 6, in Thanh Duong commune, National Assembly delegates from Nghe An, belonging to Election Team No. 4contact voters of communes: Thanh Dong, Thanh Ngoc, Ngoc Son, Xuan Tuong, Thanh Duong, Thanh Luong, Thanh Yen, Thanh Khai and Thanh Chuong town (Thanh Chuong district) before the 5th Session, 15th National Assembly.

Delegates from constituency No. 4 of the Nghe An delegation include: Do Van Chien - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training.

At the conference, local voters had many opinions on agricultural, farmer and rural development.

Other opinions of voters also suggested that the National Assembly give opinions and recommendations to the Government to direct relevant ministries and branches to develop a suitable hydropower operation schedule, harmonizing the purposes of both flood and drought prevention and ensuring people's daily lives.

Many voters pointed out the fact that the facilities in many schools and classrooms are both inadequate and degraded. However, the annual budget allocation is small, while the collection of construction contributions from students is exempted, and social contributions are also not much; therefore, this voter suggested solutions to invest in facilities to ensure the quality of teaching and learning.

*In the afternoon of the same day, delegates of Election Team No. 4meeting voters of Nam Anh, Xuan Hoa and Nam Xuan communesof Nam Dan district.

Voters of the three communes requested the State to strictly manage prices, agricultural goods and products sold by farmers so that farmers can feel secure in production; at the same time, there should be a reasonable mechanism to support and encourage people to produce agriculture, because currently the situation of farmers leaving their fields fallow, especially in the winter and summer-autumn crops, is very common.

Regarding land and administrative procedures, voters suggested that the State study policies, provide guidance, and create more favorable conditions for exploiting and transporting land to upgrade rural roads, intra-field traffic, and for households to renovate gardens, level the ground to build houses, etc., because according to current regulations, renovating and moving land to other places is very difficult.

Voters also requested the State to soon increase the allowance for part-time workers at the commune and hamlet levels; and to have strong enough policies to support the number of redundant officials and civil servants due to the merger of administrative units (commune, district, etc.) to encourage these officials to resign from their civil service and find new jobs more easily.
