Nghe An organizes civil servant recruitment exam in 2019

Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the 2019 Civil Service Examination Council delivered the opening speech of the exam.

On the morning of October 27, at Vinh University, the Recruitment Council for Civil Servants of Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Nghe An province held the opening ceremony of the 2019 civil servant recruitment exam.

This civil service recruitment exam has 115 candidates competing for 28 recruitment targets. Candidates will participate in 2 rounds: round 1 is a multiple choice test (on computer) including: general knowledge and foreign language; round 2: specialized professional subject test (written test).

The determination of successful candidates in this exam is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 161/2018/ND-CP dated November 29, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of regulations on recruitment of civil servants and public employees, promotion of civil servants, promotion of public employees and implementation of contract regimes for certain types of work in State administrative agencies and public service units.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the Civil Service Examination Council affirmed that civil service recruitment is the first step, which is decisive for the quality of human resources of each agency in the political system. Therefore, organizing civil service examinations to select people with sufficient capacity and qualifications, meeting the requirements of tasks and job positions, in accordance with the provisions of law, ensuring objectivity, fairness, seriousness, publicity, transparency and safety./.
