Nghe An: Administrative fines for 2 families setting off firecrackers at wedding

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 7, the Quynh Long Commune Police Department (Quynh Luu) drew up an administrative violation record against two families who intentionally set off firecrackers at a wedding on December 4.

Accordingly, while organizing the wedding reception, Mr. Tran Van Chien's family, residing in Dai Hai village, and Ms. Vu Thi Nu's family, residing in Dai Tan village, Quynh Long commune, Quynh Luu district, set off firecrackers (made in China) right at the wedding hall.

At the investigation agency, the subjects stated that the above firecrackers were bought by some young men in Son Hai commune (Quynh Luu), then brought home to hide, and only burned at the wedding venue when the bride was brought to the groom's house. The incident was discovered by local people and reported to the authorities.

After verification, the authorities drew up a record of administrative violations and fined Mr. Tran Van Chien's family 1 million VND and Ms. Vu Thi Nu's family 700,000 VND according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 13, Decree 150-2005/ND-CP regulating administrative sanctions in the field of security and social order and safety.
