Huu Temple is located in Xuan Bang village, Thanh Yen commune, worshiping Thai Pho Tan Quoc Cong Nguyen Canh Hoan (1521 - 1576), a historical figure who made many contributions to protecting the country and pacifying the people in the 16th century. |

Huu Temple is a massive structure, consisting of a three-door gate, a ceremonial gate, a lower hall, a middle hall, and an upper hall. Over hundreds of years, Huu Temple has been restored and embellished many times but still retains its ancient architecture. Behind the massive three-room, two-wing lower hall are two middle and upper halls connected together. On these two structures, looking from the outside, the double gable roofs stand out, the edges are molded in the shape of two dragons facing the moon with lime mortar, porcelain pieces, etc. quite gracefully, the roof tiles are all curved at the edge. |

The density of sculptures is dense, the traditional themes of "four sacred animals" and "four noble ones" such as bamboo transforming into a dragon, phoenix holding a letter, carp transforming into a dragon, turtle carrying a lotus flower... are fully displayed on the upper hall. |

The front lines, back lines, and raised lines are all carved on both sides. Each wooden detail in the main hall is a unique work of art. Standing in any position in or in front of the main hall, you can feel the shimmering beauty of the sculpture. |

Inside the main hall, on the two roof trusses, there are two dragon heads facing the center, each dragon head is a unique work. Compared to many ancient temples in the province, the artistic space in Huu Temple seems to be different in that the further towards the main hall, the more dense and sophisticated the sculptures become. |

Existing for hundreds of years, Huu Temple is not only a unique architectural and artistic relic, a place for spiritual and cultural activities expressing the tradition of drinking water and remembering its source of the people, but also a witness to many important historical events. In the years 1930 - 1931, the temple was a secret meeting place of Dong Sinh Party Cell, and also a place to print and hide Party documents. In the years 1968 - 1972, the temple became a place to gather weapons and ammunition and a transit warehouse for the Southern battlefield... With such great values, Huu Temple was ranked as a National Historical - Architectural Relic in 2009. |
