Suspect used AK gun to shoot dead 4 people due to conflict at casino
Le Quoc Tuan, 33 years old, a police officer in District 11, was identified as the person who used an AK gun to shoot and kill 4 people due to a conflict at a casino in Cu Chi district on the afternoon of January 29.
Suspect Tuan has a wife and 2 children, works at the detention and temporary detention department of District 11 Police with the rank of lieutenant.

According to the investigation, this afternoon, Tuan wore jeans shorts and a black jacket and went to the casino in a longan garden in Hamlet 5, Tan Thanh Dong Commune - nearly 30 km from the center of Saigon. An argument broke out when deciding the winner, he took out an AK gun and shot dead 4 people and injured one.
Police blocked all roads leading to Hamlet 5, Tan Thanh Dong Commune, and other roads. Security cameras at residents' homes recorded Tuan riding a red SH motorbike, wearing a mask, leaving an AK gun in front... running away from the scene.

Residents of Hamlet 5, Tan Thanh Dong Commune, said that around 1 p.m. they heard many explosions and screams coming from the longan garden and dairy farm. This is a place where cockfighting and gambling are often held during Tet. Every year they play small, but this year the gambling is big, often with noisy arguments.
At the scene, four men lay dead in pools of blood in different locations.
