Party Secretary Le Viet Tuan and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee Ngo Sy The admitted that wearing badges during working hours has not been strictly implemented by local officials and civil servants, although commune leaders have reminded them many times at meetings.
The commune has also provided enough nameplates, but many officials "put some away to make their desks neater". Talking to the inspection team, the representative of Nghi Van commune's leadership pledged to immediately rectify and overcome the situation, contributing to creating conditions for people to come and communicate and work more conveniently.
After reviewing relevant documents and materials, the interdisciplinary delegation acknowledged that the Party Committee and People's Committee of Nghi Van commune have organized and implemented regulations on discipline and administrative discipline quite seriously. However, the work of developing a plan to implement Directive No. 26/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister has not been ensured, and the monitoring of working time is not strict.
The inspection team also pointed out a number of other shortcomings and limitations that the commune needs to pay attention to, such as: not yet promulgating regulations on receiving citizens; the working regulations of the Commune People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term are not strict on the monthly People's Committee meeting regime, the meeting minutes are not specific, there is no announcement of the conclusion of the monthly regular meeting of the Commune People's Committee; tasks have not been assigned to each civil servant associated with the job position...
