During Covid-19 pandemic break, 11th grade male student arrested for selling firecrackers

Previously, at 8:30 p.m. on April 25, 2020, at the inter-village road in Hamlet 4, Quynh Giang Commune, Quynh Luu District (Nghe An), the Environmental Police Department presided over and coordinated with Quynh Luu District Police, Customs Control Team (Nghe An Customs Department) to organize the destruction of Project 320N.
The project was established in early April 2020, catching Chu Sy Hau (born 2003), residing in Dien Truong commune, Dien Chau district (Nghe An) illegally transporting the above fireworks.
After the arrest, the subject and evidence were transferred to Quynh Luu District Police for further investigation and settlement.
An officer from the Environmental Police Department said: Chu Sy Hau is an 11th grade student in Dien Chau district. He was arrested for using a motorbike to transport firecrackers for sale. According to Hau, he bought each box of firecrackers for 500,000 VND from a stranger in Quynh Luu district.
It is known that Chu Sy Hau, although an 11th grade student, has repeatedly admitted to participating in transporting and trading firecrackers. This is a new trick of criminals when taking advantage of teenagers to hire them to transport illegal firecrackers, in order to avoid the attention of the police, and on the other hand to reduce the penalty when brought to trial./.
