At the conference, delegates were briefed on the 7th Conference of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure); some key contents of the Project on reorganizing the apparatus, streamlining the payroll and restructuring the staff, civil servants and public employees of the province and district; international situation such as: Inter-Korean and US relations; foreign affairs activities of Party and State leaders.
