Nghia Dan collected more than 25 billion VND from land auction
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghia Dan District People's Committee has just auctioned the land use rights for 41 plots of land in Tan Cuong block, Nghia Dan town.
These 41 plots have a total area of 7,923.93 m2As a result, the auction brought in 15.9 billion VND to the State budget, the difference between the starting price and the winning price was nearly 1.2 billion VND.

Previously, Nghia Dan successfully auctioned 33 land lots in Nghia Binh, Nghia Hoi, Nghia Tan communes and Nghia Dan town... The district also granted land use right certificates to 538 households and individuals....
With this addition, since the beginning of the year, the budget revenue from the auction of land use rights in Nghia Dan has reached more than 25 billion VND.
Mr. Le Viet Phu, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Nghia Dan district, said: In 2018, Nghia Dan strives to collect 50 billion VND from land use rights auctions. To achieve that goal, the district focuses on land fund development, monitoring and urging communes and towns to develop annual land use plans; planning land for auction, implementing site clearance, building infrastructure to create land sources for auction...
