To support some families in especially difficult circumstances, local people and youth in the district organized voluntary labor, harvesting and threshing rice to help these families.

It is known that this morning at the training ground of Regiment 335, Division 324, thanks to the connection of the unit commander, soldier Hieu was able to see images of youth union members in his hometown harvesting rice for their families, and was able to video call and talk to his mother. Hieu said he was very touched and promised his mother and everyone that he would train well and complete all assigned tasks.

With the spirit of youth vanguard, in Thanh Lien commune, the local youth union has just organizedharvestdonate to help Nguyen Phuong Thao's family in Lien Duc hamlet.

During the tornado on May 9, the entire rice field of Mr. Thao's family collapsed in the middle of the deep field. Harvesting rice that had fallen in the middle of the muddy field was not only difficult to cut, but also very difficult to transport. Thanks to their hard work, in one afternoon, the young volunteers worked with the family to harvest 2/3 of the rice field (about 2 sao).

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Binh - Secretary of Thanh Lien Commune Youth Union shared: In the locality, many households' rice crops were broken, while the youth volunteer force was thin, so the Commune Youth Union had to consider choosing some families with special circumstances to help.

In Vo Liet commune, officials and people of Hoa Son hamlet have just joined hands to harvest rice for Mr. Duong Van Kha's family. Mr. Kha's rice field was swept away by a tornado and lay flat on the mud. In the middle of the harvest season, when the family was without people, the couple had to go to the South to get treatment and replace Mr. Kha's thigh bone.

Mr. Hoang Chinh - Secretary of the hamlet's Youth Union said: Faced with the difficult situation of Mr. Kha's family, Hoa Son hamlet officials called on local people to join hands to help his family.

Responding to the hamlet's call, in addition to the hamlet's command committee and union officials, many people actively participated in the labor, harvesting rice in the field, transporting rice home, and finishing threshing for his family.
