On August 4, Hung Ha District Police (Thai Binh) said they were investigating a case in which a male security guard of a bank used a weapon to smash a woman's 7-seat car parked on Highway 39.
According to the police, on the afternoon of August 3, a woman parked her car outside the gate of a bank in Nhan Cau, Hung Ha town, to go to an acquaintance's house. A moment later, a man came out of the bank with a sword and slashed at the car, breaking the front windshield, the windows of the two front seats, the rearview mirror, the lights, and the body.
Faced with the security guard's aggression, people advised the female driver not to come closer to ensure her safety and wait for the police to handle the situation.
At the police station, the male security guard stated that he was drunk and could not control his actions. However, the authorities are still investigating the motive for this person destroying the citizen's property.
